By using this website, the client portal, or subscribing to a plan, you agree to these terms.

Services and plans

Plan inclusions, limits, support channels and response SLAs are described on our pricing page. Work outside a plan's scope is quoted separately before it begins.

Subscriptions and billing

• Plans renew automatically each month or year until cancelled.
• Prices for India are billed in INR via Razorpay and include applicable GST on the tax invoice. International clients are billed in USD via Stripe.
• You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel from the client portal. Changes take effect from the next billing cycle unless agreed otherwise.

Ownership

On full payment, you own the deliverables created specifically for you, including code, designs and content. We may reuse general know-how, internal tools and open-source components.

Client responsibilities

You'll provide timely feedback, content and access needed to deliver the work, and ensure you have rights to any materials you share with us.

Confidentiality

Both parties keep each other's confidential information private and use it only to perform the engagement.

Liability

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Bengaluru having exclusive jurisdiction.
