Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions
- Cancel any time from Portal → Billing. Your plan remains active until the end of the paid period and will not renew.
- Monthly fees are non-refundable once the billing period has started, because team capacity is reserved for you.
- Yearly plans cancelled within 14 days of the initial purchase are refunded pro rata for unused months, less any work already delivered.
Fixed-scope projects
Deposits secure team capacity and are non-refundable once discovery has begun. Milestone payments are refundable only for milestones not yet started.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. A GST credit note is issued for Indian invoices.
